At rabbit, we want you to love your running gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your kit doesn't feel quite right, we'll help you find the perfect fit so you can get back to the trails.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
